Recycling old furnishings
is a great way to create an atmosphere in which Second Hand furniture has its own fascinating story. With Recycled Paint your options are endless. You will find new colours that you won’t find elsewhere and as all our recycled paints are water based they are quick drying.
REVAMP 3Rstore Longford has the passion for restoring old furniture, second hand used furniture and has the ambition of promoting recycling, upcycling, self-mixing paints, and using recycled paint.
Revamp Paint is an innovative project established to provide a strategic solution for diverting paint from landfill by providing an outlet for unwanted reusable paint through the REVAMP 3Rstore in Longford Town.
Paint as a valuable resource
REVAMP Paint treats paint as a valuable resource that can be processed to make a high quality 100% recycled paint product. More than 5,000 tonnes of perfectly good paint are thrown away in Ireland every year, and this paint can be repurposed and used to update your furnishings or create bespoke colours to decorate your home, office or business.
Through the funding supports of DCRD, DCCA – JTF and the Paint Reuse Network, this project has the potential to become a flagship initiative that will create a huge paint recycling hub in the Midlands.
Used and outdated lockers
Or used and outdated lockers saved from landfill, hand painted using recycled paint and given a more modern look based on the minions and minecraft themes and are now taking pride of place in a child’s bedroom.
With recycled paint your options are endless. Why not contact us today and see how we may be able to help you.
Revamped and handpainted
Like a dresser, donated by a customer to our store, now revamped and handpainted using recycled paint and given a modern look to suit any bedroom.
Or a table which was heading for landfill but with a little tlc it was hand painted using our own mixed recycled paint and given a marble effect, it now takes pride of place in a customer’s home.
